Account Manager
Responsibilities:
■ Offering a customer-experience driven daily servicing
■ Being the external and internal single point of contact for clients and any BNP Cash Management Stakeholder
■ Organizing and leading client meetings on Cash Management related topics
Understanding client requirements to simplify requests in coordination with all business partners and internal teams
■ Coordinating Cash Management incidents (identifying and alerting the clients, measuring the importance of the impacts, communicating with the client until the end of the issue, creating post-incident plans)
■ Ensuring coordination of all stakeholders to solve any Cash Management related projects
■ Managing client projects (scoping, planning, technical specification, implementation, testing, go live)
■ Providing end-to-end support of electronic channel solutions (.e.g providing expert and informed guidance to clients on testing of payment files from a formatting, payment scheme and regulatory perspective, troubleshooting and resolving any failures)
What qualities do we look for?
■ Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Finance and Accounting
■ Usage of all Cash Management related business applications
■ Understanding of different types of domestic and cross-border cash management and liquidity management products, settlement processes and methods
■ Good project management skills
■ Proficient in the use Microsoft Office
■ Characteristics such as team ability, communication strength, flexibility and agile mindset
■ Very good German and English language skills in word and writing
