BNP PARIBAS, Hungary Branch is looking for a

Facilities professional (Üzemeltetési szakértő)

in permanent term contract,

based in Budapest

 

Responsibilities:

• Covering tasks related to facilities;

• Cooperation with other teams;

• Preparation of business reports (eg energetics, car fleet and printing statistics),

• Carrying out daily, weekly and quarterly facilities related controls;

• Cooperation with building FM team and other external service providers, supervising their activities in the office area;

• Supervising and ensuring the cleanliness of the office during the day;

• Carrying out daily mailing tasks;

• Management of the parking system, supervision and provision of daily parking;

• Management of incoming packages and shipments;

• Participation in smaller furniture rearrangements in the office (light physical task);

• Access rights management;

• Participation in new developments, implementation of new systems and projects.

What qualities do we look for?

• At least secondary technical education; higher degree is an advance
• Fluency in spoken & written English, Hungarian language knowledge is also required (mother tongue)
• Experience in similar field;
• Good task-solving skills;
• Well-organized, independent, reliable and responsible, thorough personality;
• User-level computing skills;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with high customer orientation;
• Start work at 8:00., permanent office based presence.
