Data Protection Correspondent (GDPR SPOC)
In fixed-term contract (9 months)
Responsibilities:
- Acting as Single Point of Contact in Central Europe for the 1st Line of Defence (1LoD) in respect of Personal Data Protection (GDPR) topics
- Ensure the creation and regular updates of documentation related to Data Protection activities including but not limited to Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA), Legitimate Interests Assessments (LIA), Record of Processing Activities (RoPA)
- Support implementation of personal data controls in business operations and IT
- Cooperate with DPO in topics related to data subject requests and responses
- Maintain up to date reporting towards local and central reporting needs
Requirements:
- University or college degree, and preferably at least a bachelor’s degree in economics / IT
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Ability to engage and work transversally
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, well-organized personality
- Showing independency, objectivity and integrity
- Professional certifications or equivalents within related areas are an advantage
- Knowledge and experience in personal data protection is advantage
- Fluency in spoken & written English & Hungarian
